Eligibility and local law

Creator and platform rights

Artwork and stories remain the property of their respective rights holders. The site design, organization, code, and original editorial material are protected by their applicable rights.

Creator names, series names, trademarks, and franchises are used for catalog identification. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless a page expressly says otherwise.

Accounts and story submissions

Accounts are available only to adults who may lawfully enter these terms. Keep your password confidential and do not share, sell, automate, or impersonate an account. Porn-Comic may limit submissions or suspend an account to investigate security, rights, age, consent, spam, or policy concerns.

You retain ownership of work you submit. You grant Porn-Comic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, optimize, moderate, display, distribute, and technically adapt an approved submission for operation and promotion of the service. This license continues for published copies and reasonable backups until the work is removed, subject to legal retention and rights already granted to users through ordinary viewing.

You represent that you own the submitted work or hold all permissions needed for this license; every depicted character is clearly an adult; the work is illustrated or computer-generated and does not depict identifiable actual people; and the title, credit, summary, and labels are accurate. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, non-consensual, deceptive, malicious, or age-ambiguous material.

Porn-Comic may review, reject, edit catalog labels, decline to publish, restrict, or remove a submission. Publication is not guaranteed, and approval does not waive later review. Contact the legal address to request withdrawal of an unpublished submission or removal of your own published work.

Availability and changes

Titles, chapters, tags, and features may be corrected, restricted, or removed. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, legal review, or circumstances outside the operator’s control.

These terms may change when site functionality or legal obligations change. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward, to the extent permitted by law.

Reader ratings

You may submit an honest one-to-five rating for a series. Do not automate votes, rotate identities to submit repeated ratings, coordinate rating manipulation, or interfere with other readers’ submissions. Porn-Comic may discard votes that appear fraudulent, abusive, or technically invalid.

Reader profiles and comments

Your account username appears beside comments and replies. Keep comments relevant to the story or artwork. Do not post links, advertising, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, personal information, or attempts to evade moderation.

New accounts must confirm their email before they can open story pages or use saves, ratings, comments, notifications, and uploads. Porn-Comic may remove comments or restrict accounts to protect readers, creators, rights holders, and the service.

Reports

Report suspected underage content, non-consensual material, security problems, or other serious violations promptly. Copyright notices should use the DMCA instructions.
