What you can send us
Pick the topic that fits best so the message reaches the right queue. A clear subject in the first line and the exact page address, when a page is involved, make it much quicker to act.
- General question: how the catalogue, reader, accounts or saved stories work.
- Content removal: a request to take down or correct a series, chapter or credit.
- Report a problem: a page that will not load, missing images, a wrong chapter order or a mislabelled tag.
- Business and partnerships: publishing, licensing or advertising enquiries.
Rights holders and copyright takedowns
If you own the rights to material on the site, or act for someone who does, file a formal notice on the DMCA copyright notice page. That form collects the statutory details a takedown needs and gives you a reference number. A short message here is fine for a first question, but it is not a formal notice.
