Data stored on your device

The age gate stores a yes/no confirmation associated with this site. The private library stores selected series slugs and the last season and chapter opened for each series. JavaScript uses local storage for these features; the current application does not set an advertising or analytics cookie.

Use Clear library on the Library page to remove saved titles and reading progress. Browser settings can remove both the library data and age confirmation.

Data processed by the server

Like most hosted websites, infrastructure may process an IP address, request time, requested path, response status, referrer, and browser user-agent for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security logging. Search text is submitted to create a clean results path and is not stored in the application database.

The application database stores catalog and publishing records plus optional reader accounts. For a confirmed account, it stores saved-series identifiers, public comments, comment relationships, read or unread reply notifications, and account-linked rating activity. A series rating stores the selected one-to-five value, series identifier, timestamps, and a keyed one-way voter hash derived from an account identifier or limited request data. The rating table does not store the reader’s raw IP address or browser user-agent. Re-rating the same series updates the existing row. Per-reader chapter progress remains in the browser.

Reader account, comments, and upload data

When you create an account, Porn-Comic stores your username, email address, password hash, email-confirmation state, login security counters, creation time, and last successful login time. Passwords are processed through a one-way password hash and are not stored as readable text. Confirmation links use an expiring signed token, while the database keeps only a one-way hash of its random nonce. A keyed technical fingerprint derived from connection data limits automated account creation without storing that connection value in the account table as plain text.

Your username and comment text appear publicly on the relevant series page. Your dashboard privately lists your saved stories, ratings, comments, replies, and submissions. A reply notification records the replying account, recipient account, series, comment, read state, and timestamps. Comments cannot contain links or promotional domain names.

A comic submission stores the title, creator credit, summary, category, genres, tags, chapter title, required declarations, review status, member-visible reviewer message, private moderator notes, and timestamps. Uploaded images are converted to WebP with metadata removed and stored privately while pending. File dimensions, size, ordering, original filename, and a content digest are kept to operate and review the submission.

Submission and account records are retained while needed for moderation, publication, rights administration, fraud prevention, and legal recordkeeping. You may request account closure or deletion of an unpublished submission; legal holds and records needed to resolve abuse or rights claims may be retained where permitted.

Copyright request data

When you submit the DMCA form, Porn-Comic stores the contact details, reported URLs, claim description, declarations, electronic signature, submission time, review status, and private staff notes needed to administer the request. A keyed technical fingerprint derived from request data is retained to limit automated form abuse; the form does not store a reusable account password.

A notice or counter-notice may be shared with the affected content provider, claimant, legal adviser, service provider, or authority where reasonably necessary to evaluate the request or follow the statutory process. Rights-administration records are retained while the matter is active and afterward when needed for legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Media and service providers

Comic images are requested from Porn-Comic using first-party media paths. The application retrieves the corresponding object from its storage provider, so storage credentials are never sent to the browser.

Hosting, network, database, and object-storage providers process limited technical data as needed to operate their services. External links are governed by the destination site’s own privacy terms.

Retention, security, and choices

Browser data remains until you clear it or the browser removes it. Infrastructure logs may be retained for operational and security needs according to the host’s configuration. Porn-Comic uses access controls and private storage credentials, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal data. Members should include their account email and submission reference in a request. Readers seeking a server-log event should include their IP address, approximate access time, and the relevant URL.

Children

This service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 18. Porn-Comic does not knowingly create accounts for or solicit personal information from minors.
